Block Listing Application

Telecom Plus PLC (the "Company") announces that an application has been made to the FCA and the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") for the listing of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to trade on the LSE and to be admitted to the FCA's Official List. All of these Ordinary Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued periodically pursuant to historical awards made to employees and directors under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan 2016 ("LTIP 2016") approved by shareholders in 2016.

It is expected that admission of these Ordinary Shares will become effective on 1 September 2022. These shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue, will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the vesting of existing awards made under the LTIP 2016.  The LTIP 2016 was closed to new participants and removed from the Company's Remuneration Policy in 2019.
