Subject: HRVATSKA POŠTANSKA BANKA Plc - Notice in Accordance with the Article 459 of the Capital Markets Act

In accordance with the article 459 of the Capital Markets Act, Hrvatska Poštanska Banka Plc (hereafter: HPB) is informing the investment public that on 14th July 2018, HPB acquired a qualifying holding (100% of shares) of Jadranska banka plc Šibenik (hereafter: JABA).

In accordance to the decision of The General Meeting of HPB from 28th od June 2018, towars conducting the merger of JABA, The General Meeting of JABA was held and the increase of its capital according to the Croatian National Bank's regulatory requirements in the amount of HRK 110,000,000.00 (hundred-and-ten-million kuna), was carried out by HPB.

HPB will report to the investment public on all further activities.
