ANNOUNCEMENT

The Annual General Meeting of Cyprus Trading Corporation Plc took place yesterday 26 September, 2018.

The Executive Chairman of the Company Mr. Marios Shacolas presented the results for 2017. Mr. Shacolas stated that given the positive economic climate and strategic actions of CTC, the future prospects for the Group are very good.

The Chairman of CTC said that before the end of the year, the Board of Directors will consider whether to distribute or not-dividend.

At the Annual General Meeting the following were re-elected members of the Board of Directors: Demetris Demetriou, Eleni Shacola, Marios Panayides, Christakis Charalambous and George Kozakos.

Also KPMG were appointed Auditors of the Company.
