Subject: HRVATSKA POŠTANSKA BANKA Plc - Notice in Accordance with the Article 459 of the Capital Markets Act

In accordance with the article 459 of the Capital Markets Act, Hrvatska Poštanska Banka Plc (hereafter: the HPB) is informing the investment public that on 4th July 2018, that Sales agreement of all regular shares of Jadranska banka plc Šibenik in recovery was signed between the State Agency for Deposit Insurance and Bank Resolution as Seller and HPB as a Acquirer.

By a Decision from 4th July 2018, the Croatian National Bank has issued a preliminary approval for HPB to acquire a qualified share, equal to or more than 50% of the share capital and voting rights of the Jadranska banka plc Šibenik.

HPB will report to the investment public on all further activities.
