Valamar Riviera d.d., with registered office in Poreč, 1 Stancija Kaligari, personal identification number (OIB): 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), pursuant to Article 430 of the Capital Market Act and the provisions of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules hereby informs that on 3 July 2018 the Company acquired 23,028 own shares which represent 0.0182% of the Company's share capital.

After this acquisition, the total number of own shares held by the Company is 1,984,068 and they represent 1.5743% of the Company's share capital.
