Subject: Notification on disposal of own shares

AD PLASTIK d.d. Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: Company) in accordance to clause 430 of Capital Market Law hereby publishes notification on disposal of 3,655 of own shares (0.08703 % of share capital) on June 29, 2018. based on the Agreement on the transfer of own shares of the Company, concluded with the President and the Members of the Management Board of the Company in accordance with the decision of the Supervisory Board of the Company taken at the meeting held on May 24, 2018, as an award for successful work of the President and the Members of the Management Board of the Company in 2017.

After this disposal, the total number of own shares of the Company amounts to 65,339 which represents 1.55584 % of share capital of the Company.
