Declaration of Third Interim Dividend

The Board announces that the third interim dividend for the year ending 30 September 2022 of 5.4 pence per Ordinary Share will be payable to Shareholders on 22 September 2022.  The dividend is payable to Shareholders on the register on 2 September 2022.

The Board has already set out its intentions with regards to the dividend for the remainder of the financial year and continues to expect that the dividend for the year ending 30 September 2022 will be at least 21.8 pence per share. This will be the 22nd consecutive year of dividend increases.
