Following the publication of the summary interim financial statements for the six months period which ended on 30th June 2018, due to an oversight on our part we did not include in the Interim Management Report that, in addition to the transactions and balances with the members of the Board of Directors and the related persons mentioned in note 21 of the financial statements, there was no other significant contract with the Company or its subsidiaries on 31st June 2018 in which Directors or affiliate persons had a material interest. Affiliate persons include the spouse, adult children and companies in which the Managing Director holds, directly or indirectly, at least 20% of the voting rights in a general meeting.
