Subject: Notification of disposal of the Company's shares by an instructed person

According to liabilities from article 464 of the Capital Market Law, AD PLASTIK d.d., Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: Company) hereby publishes notification on disposal of the Company's shares by an instructed person:

On May 28, 2018 Mr. Ivica Tolić, Member of the Supervisory Board of AD PLASTIK d.d., disposed 2,000 (two thousands) shares of the Company in the total amount of 385,895.00 HRK, at the average price of 192.95 HRK per share, based on the transaction on the Zagreb stock exchange.

The disposed shares represent 0.04762% of the share capital of the Company. After these transactions Mr. Ivica Tolić owns a total of 42,381 shares of the Company.
