Subject: Notification of disposal of own shares

AD PLASTIK d.d. Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: the Company) in accordance with article 430 of the Capital Market Law hereby publishes notification on disposal of 2,500 own shares (0.05953 % of the share capital) on May 21, 2018, based on the Agreement on the transfer of own shares of the Company, concluded with the employees of the Company, in accordance with decision of the Management Board of the Company taken at the meeting held on April 16, 2018, as an award for successful work in year 2017.

Before this disposal, the total number of own shares of the Company amounted to 71,494, which represents 1.70241% of the share capital of the Company.

After this disposal, the total number of own shares of the Company amounts to 68,994, which represents 1.64288 % of the share capital of the Company.
