Transaction in Own Shares

PureTech Health PLC (the "Company") announces that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of one pence each through Jefferies International Limited ("Jefferies"), as part of its Share Buyback Programme, details of which were announced on 9 May 2022.

Highest price paid per share:	244.50p
Lowest price paid per share:	244.50p
Volume weighted average price paid per share:	244.50p

PureTech intends to retain the purchased shares in treasury.

Following the above transaction, the Company will have 4,369,169 ordinary shares in treasury and has 284,320,281 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 284,320,281, which may be used by shareholders in their calculations to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, PureTech Health plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
