On 17 August 2022, under the rules of the Helical plc Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan"), Helical Bar Trustees Limited, awarded 10,379 ordinary shares to directors, PDMRs and employees at the closing mid-market price on 16 August 2022 of 371.50p. The shares were awarded under the Dividend Share element of the Plan.
