Palace Capital (LSE: PCA), the Main Market property investment company that owns a diversified portfolio of UK commercial real estate in carefully selected locations outside of London, announces that today, 18 August 2022, the Company granted options to the Chief Financial Officer of the Company under the Deferred Bonus Plan (the "DBP").
In accordance with the terms of the DBP, 35% of the bonus for the year ended 31st March 2022 has been allocated to Share Options based on the average share price over the last 5 dealing days of 285 pence per share, as follows:
