Exchange rate for the interim dividend
for the period from 1 April 2022 to 30 June 2022
The Company announces that the USD:GBP exchange rate for the previously announced interim dividend for the period from 1 April 2022 to 30 June 2022 of 1.4 cents per ordinary share has been set at 1.21131074. The sterling equivalent dividend payable is 1.15577 pence per ordinary share. The dividend will be paid in sterling on 29 August 2022 to shareholders on the register on 12 August 2022.
