Director/PDMR/PCA Transaction - Initial Notification

The Company announces that Diana Lee Robinson, a person closely associated (PCA) with Bruce Robinson, the Group Legal Services Director and Company Secretary, a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, has:

a)   in order to effect a "Bed and SIPP" transaction, sold 12,129 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) at a price of £3.271 per Ordinary Share from her AJ Bell Dealing Account and then repurchased into her AJ Bell Self Invested Personal Pension account (SIPP) the same number of 12,129 Ordinary Shares at a price of £3.271 per Ordinary Share; and 

b)   transferred 20,000 Ordinary Shares by way of gift to Bruce Robinson,

on 11 August 2022.

Following the transactions, there has been no change in the number of shares in which Bruce Robinson has an interest.

This announcement, including the notification below, is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
