Announcement of Third Interim Dividend

The Board has today declared a third interim dividend in respect of the year ended 31 July 2022 of 1.6p net (2021: n/a) which will be payable on 16 September 2022 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 26 August 2022, ex dividend date 25 August 2022.

In accordance with the enhanced dividend policy approved by shareholders at the General Meeting held on 27 January 2022, the total dividend declared for the financial year ended 31 July 2022 (adjusted for the 5 for 1 share split that occurred on 4 February 2022) amounts to 6.4p per Ordinary 5p share (2021 equivalent full year dividend 3.2p after adjustment for 5 for 1 share split).
