In pursuance of the Danish Securities Trading Act's section 29, please be informed that SimCorp A/S on 3 July 2007 was informed that Nordea Bank AB (PUBL) on 2 July 2007 reduced their holding of SimCorp shares (securities identification code DK0016026164) from previously disclosed 247,911 shares corresponding to 5.03% to 237,146 shares corresponding to 4.82% of the share capital and voting rights.
The shares are traded at OMX Nordic Exchange Copenhagen A/S.
