Valamar Riviera d.d., with registered office in Poreč, 1 Stancija Kaligari, personal identification number (OIB): 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), pursuant to Article 430 of the Capital Market Act and the provisions of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules hereby announces that on 30 April 2018 the Company acquired 8,119 own shares which represent 0.0064% of the Company's share capital, on 2 May 2018 the Company acquired 9,253 own shares which represent 0.0073% of the Company's share capital and on 3 May 2018 the Company acquired 7,805 own shares which represent 0.0061% of the Company's share capital. After these acquisitions, the total number of own shares held by the Company is 1,838,075 and they represent 1.4584% of the Company's share capital.
