Re: HRVATSKA POŠTANSKA BANKA, Plc - Notice in Accordance with the Article 459 of the Capital Markets Act

- DAB has accepted HPB's offer for JABA share purchase

According to the requirements from the article 459 of the Capital Markets Act, we announce that the State agency for deposit insurance and bank rehabilitation (hereafter referred to: DAB) notified Hrvatska poštanska banka p.l.c. (hereafter referred to: HPB) on May 04 2018 that DAB has accepted the binding offer made by HPB sent on April 20 2018 for the purchase of Jadranska Banka d.d. Šibenik in rehabilitation. The DAB Management Board gave its consent to the text of the Memorandum of Understanding, which details the guarantees related to the said transaction in detail.

In order for the transaction to be realized, consents by HPB's Supervisory Board, General Assembly and the Regulator are required.

HPB will promptly notify the investment public about all future steps.
