LETTER / ANNOUNCEMENT

To The General Manager Cyprus Stock Exchange Nicosia

Dear Sir,

Subject: Request for suspension of trading of the shares of Woolworth (Cyprus) Properties Plc

We refer to your letter dated January 3, 2019 and we wish to inform you that in connection with the announcement of our Company dated December 11, 2018, the agreement has been signed for the disposal of the property that is land in KOKKINOKAYKALLA area, Apostolou Varnava & Ayiou Makariou, Municipality of Strovolos, Nicosia District.

However, another 5 contracts are still pending from companies of the Group for the sale of immovable property to subsidiary companies of Bank of Cyprus. It is expected that these sale and purchase agreements will be signed in the following 4-6 weeks, with the signing of which the trading of the Company's titles shall be possible.
