Dear Sir,

Subject: Request for suspension of trading of the shares of Cyprus Trading Corporation Plc

We refer to your letter dated January 3, 2019 and wish to inform you that in relation to the announcement of our Company dated December 11, 2018, the sale to subsidiary companies of Bank of Cyprus has been completed as follows:

(a) From LUTRACO IMPORTS-EXPORTS LIMITED, subsidiary of Cyprus Trading Corporation Plc, to Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd a two storey shop on Kennedy Avenue, Nicosia.

(b) From Cyprus Trading Corporation Plc to BELVESI PROPERTIES LIMITED, subsidiary of Bank of Cyprus, three warehouses in the Omonia Parish, Limassol Municipality.

Another five contracts are still pending for the sale of immovable property to subsidiaries of Bank of Cyprus by companies of the Group. It is expected that these share and purchase agreements will be signed in the following 4-6 weeks, with the signing of which will be possible to resume the trading of the Company's shares.
