ANNOUNCEMENT

BLUE - lnterim Dividend Pavment to Shareholders

We wish to inform you that at a meeting held today, the Board of Directors decided the payment of lnterim Dividend from the profits of 2017.

The interim dividend will be €185.254 which corresponds to €0,012 per share or ⁷,060/0 on the share nominal value.

The interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders registered as at 11th February 2019 (record date). As a result, the ex-dividend date will be the 8th of February 2019.

The interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders by the 20th of February 2019.
