Subject: Reorganization of Ellinas Finance Public Company Limited corporate structure

We would like to inform you that Ellinas Finance Public Company Limited (the «Company») has decided to proceed immediately with a reorganization of its corporate structure in order to improve its operational efficiency. The main adjustments in the corporate structure are as follows:

• · Mr. Emilios Ellinas remains in the position of Executive Chairman.
• · Mr. Nearchos Petrides assumes the position of Chief Executive Officer from the position of Executive Officer.
• · Mr. Constantinos Servos assumes the position of General Manager from the position of Manager.
