Based on a Cyprus Stock Exchange letter dated February 4, 2019, we would like to inform the investing public that Mr. George Constantinou as a member of the Board of Directors of Constantinou Bros Hotels PLC is not remunerated by this company and does not receive any other right. That is the reason why we have not mentioned his remuneration in Note 28 of the Company's Financial Statements.
