Subject: Notification of acquisition of own shares

AD PLASTIK d.d. Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: Company), according to article 430 of the Capital Market Law hereby publishes notification on acquisiton of the 506 Company's own shares (0,01205% of the share capital of the Company) based on the transaction on the regulated market of Zagreb Stock Exchange, as it follows:

• 192 shares on April 17th, 2018 at an average price of 178,81 HRK, and

• 314 shares on April 20th, 2018 at an average price of 180,10 HRK.

Before this acquisition, the total number of own shares of the Company amounted to 70.015, which represents 1,66718 % of the share capital of the Company.

After this acquisition, the total number of own shares of the Company amounts to 70.521, which represents 1,67924 % of the share capital of the Company.
