Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that the unaudited net asset value per share of the Company as at the close of business on 30 June 2022 was 94.66 pence per Ordinary share.  

On 8 July 2022, the Company paid a dividend of 4.00 pence per share, reducing the unaudited NAV of 94.66 pence per Ordinary share to 90.66 pence.
