Total voting rights

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, AO World plc announces that as at 31 July 2022, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 573,323,777 ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Ordinary Shares").  No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in AO World plc as at 31 July 2022 is 573,323,777 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in AO World plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
