Pursuant to Article 430 of the Capital Market Act and the provisions of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Valamar Riviera d.d. with registered office in Poreč, 1 Stancija Kaligari, personal identification number (OIB) 36201212847 (hereinafter: the Company) hereby announces that on 28 March 2018 the Company disposed of 51,979 own shares which represent 0.0412% of the Company's share capital. Following the disposal, the Company holds a total of 1,812,898 own shares which represent 1.4384% of the Company's share capital.
