Subject: New jobs for the European and Russian markets

Company AD Plastik Inc. has won the nomination for the production of side fender cladding and decorative protective door panels for the new Ford mini SUV vehicle which will be produced in Romania. Start of production is planned for 2019 with the planned production period of eight years. Aforementioned parts will be produced in Solin and Zagreb using the injection moulding and painting technologies.

The Company's expected revenue for the Ford nomination in the eight-year period amounts to EUR 80 million.

Company AD Plastik Inc. has also won the nomination for the production of outer belts for several PSA Group vehicles. Their start of production is planned for 2020 with the planned production period of six years. Outer belts for the PSA Group will be produced in Solin using the injection moulding and extrusion technologies.

Expected revenue from the PSA Group nomination amounts to EUR 12,8 million in six years.

AD Plastik Group has also won several nominations in the Russian market. AD Plastik Kaluga has signed a deal on production of the grills for Renault. Start of the project is planned for 2020 year with the planned production period of three years.

AD Plastik Kaluga has also won the nomination for the production of grab handles for VW Polo and VW Rapid vehicles. Their start of production is planned for 2019 with the planned production period of seven years.

In addition, a deal has been signed with Renault Russia on production of exterior parts for Logan Sandero, Stepway and Duster Phase 2 vehicles that will be produced in AD Plastik production sites in Kaluga and Vintai. They are also partly intended to be placed on the Brazilian market. Start of production is planned for 2019 with the planned project period of four years.

The total value of new nominations on the Russian market amounts to EUR 8,3 million.
