Change in Admission Date

London, 28 July 2022 - Pennpetro, an independent oil and gas company focusing on development of the Gonzales Oil Field in Texas, USA, notifies that the admission of the issued 952,268 shares to the Company's US$20 million facility provider GEM Yield Bahamas, will now become effective and trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities will commence at 8.00am on 29 July 2022.
