Result of General Meeting

Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust plc is pleased to announce that, at the general meeting of the Company's shareholders held at 12.00 noon today, the ordinary resolution to amend the Company’s investment policy (the "Resolution"), as set out in the circular dated 4 July 2022 (the "Circular"), was passed. The Resolution was put to the meeting and duly passed on a poll. The results are detailed as follows:
