We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Top Kinisis Travel Public Ltd will meet on May 6, 2019 to examine and decide in relation to a proposal for the reduction of the nominal value of its share. The purpose of the aforementioned proposal is the write off of accumulated losses and/or the creation of distributable reserves.
If the proposed reduction will be finally approved, an Extraordinary General Meeting will convene to decide on the proposed resolution. A detailed announcement will be issued as soon as the relevant decision is taken.
