International Personal Finance plc ("IPF") is pleased to announce the appointment of Katrina Cliffe to the Board as an independent non-executive director.  Katrina will join the Board with effect from 1 August 2022 and will be a member of the Audit and Risk and Technology  Committees.

Katrina has extensive experience of financial services and brings a breadth of executive expertise in retail financial services, credit cards, customer service and marketing.  She has previously held senior roles at American Express, Lloyds TSB Group PLC, Goldfish Bank Ltd and MBNA International Bank.  Katrina has been a non-executive director at London and Country Mortgages Limited, Shop Direct Finance Company Limited, Cembra Money Bank AG and Naked Wines plc and is currently a non-executive director of Homeserve plc.
