Publication of the Audited Financial Statements for 2018

We hereby inform you that because of the resignation of the auditors of the company on 7 January 2019 and the procedures in relation to the appointment of new auditors, it is not feasible for the company to proceed with the publication of the Audited Financial Statements for 2018 within the deadline.

The Board of the Directors would hereby like to inform the public that the relevant announcement will be made as soon as the preparation of the Audited Financial Statements is completed.
