Availability of the financial results as of June 30, 2022
OMV Petrom S.A. announces its shareholders and investors that the OMV Petrom Group's unaudited consolidated results for the period January - June 2022, prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards will be available on the website www.omvpetrom.com, at the Bucharest Stock Exchange (SNP symbol), and at the London Stock Exchange (PETB and PETR symbols), starting July 28, 2022, 8:00 a.m. (Bucharest time), simultaneously with the publishing of the OMV's (majority shareholder) results on the Vienna Stock Exchange and on the website www.omv.com.
The unaudited separate financial statements prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards, including Directors' report, for the period January - June 2022 will be available on the website www.omvpetrom.com and at the Bucharest Stock Exchange latest on August 16, 2022.
The print version of the reports can be obtained from the Investor Relations Department, at the company's headquarters located in 22 Coralilor Street, district 1, Bucharest ("Petrom City").
