DIVIDEND

Games Workshop Group PLC announces that the Board has today declared a dividend of 90 pence per share, in line with the Company's policy of distributing truly surplus cash. The dividend of 90 pence per share will be paid on 12 September 2022 for shareholders on the register as at 5 August 2022, with an ex-dividend date of 4 August 2022. The last date for elections for the dividend re-investment plan is 19 August 2022.
