Subject: Notice of Annual General Meeting

We hereby inform you that an Annual General Meeting has been arranged for Tuesday 4th, June 2019 to deal with the following:

• 1. Consideration of the Board of Directors' Report, the auditors' report and the Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2018.
• 1. Election of the members of the Board of Directors to replace those retiring.
• 1. Determination of the remuneration of the Board of Directors.
• 1. Re-appointment of the auditors and authorization of the Board of Directors to fix their remuneration.
