Half-Year Results Notice

Informa confirms statutory filing of Half-Year Results on 4 August 2022

Informa (LSE: INF.L), the international Academic Markets, B2B Markets and Digital Services Group today confirms that as the Company published an extensive preliminary H1 Market Update on 19 July 2022 alongside the successful acquisition of Industry Dive and divestment of EPFR, the Company will file its full statutory Half-Year Results for the six months to 30 June 2022 on Thursday 4 August 2022.

Conference Call

As with Informa's preliminary H1 Market Update, the statutory results filing will be published at 7am and there will be a conference call with management at 12.00pm BST.
