Subject: Notification of acquisition of own shares

AD PLASTIK d.d. Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: Company), according to article 430 of the Capital Market Law hereby publishes notification on acquisiton of the 5.500 Company's own shares (0,13096%) of the share capital of the Company) based on the transaction on the regulated market of Zagreb Stock Exchange, as it follows:

• 970 shares on February 12th, 2018 at an average price of 190,00 HRK, and

• 4.530 shares on February 13th, 2018 at an average price of 190,00 HRK.

Before this acquisition, the total number of own shares of the Company amounted to 64.515, which represents 1,53622% of the share capital of the Company.

After this acquisition, the total number of own shares of the Company amounts to 70.015, which represents 1,66718 % of the share capital of the Company.
