It is hereby announced that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Karyes Investment Public Company Ltd was held on Tuesday, 30 April 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at 12-14, Kennedy Avenue, Office 402, Nicosia.

The Extraordinary General Meeting approved the following:

1. The Half-Yearly Financial Statements for the period ended 30 June 2018.
1. The appointment of VISIONSERVE LTD as custodian in the forthcoming issue of Fixed Income Bonds on behalf of the Company.
