Subject: Notification of acquisition of own shares

AD PLASTIK d.d. Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: Company), according to article 430 of the Capital Market Law hereby publishes notification on acquisiton of the 20.071 Company's own shares (0,47793% of the share capital of the Company) based on the transaction on the regulated market of Zagreb Stock Exchange, as it follows:

• 1.374 shares on January 16th, 2018 at an average price of 172,99 HRK, and

• 18.697 shares on January 19th, 2018 at an average price of 180,00 HRK.

Before this acquisition, the total number of own shares of the Company amounted to 23.801, which represents 0,56675% of the share capital of the Company.

After this acquisition, the total number of own shares of the Company amounts to 43.872, which represents 1,04467% of the share capital of the Company.
