The company announces that the directors have today declared an interim dividend for the year ending 30 September 2022 in an amount of 1.85p per Ordinary Share. 

The interim dividend will be payable on Wednesday 31 August 2022 to holders of Ordinary Shares on the register at the close of business on Friday 29 July 2022 (ex-dividend Thursday 28 July 2022).
