Pursuant to the provisions of the Capital Market Act and the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Valamar Riviera d.d. with registered office in Poreč, 1 Stancija Kaligari, personal identification number (OIB): 36201212847, hereby notifies that on 29 December 2017 the merger of ELAFITI BABIN KUK d.o.o. with registered office in Dubrovnik, Vatroslava Lisinskog 15 A, personal identification number (OIB): 68496139874 to Valamar Riviera d.d. was entered into the court register of the Commercial court in Pazin.

According to this, Valamar Riviera d.d. is the universal legal successor of the merged ELAFITI BABIN KUK d.o.o. as of 30 December 2017.
