Subject: Publication of Audited Financial Statements of Rolandos Enterprises Public Limited for the year 2018

In relation to the above-mentioned subject, we would like to inform you that as the Company has recently appointed Grant Thornton (Cyprus) Ltd, as its new auditors, it was not be feasible to publish the audited financial statements of the Company for the year ending 31 December 2018 by the 30 April 2019.

We hereby inform you that we will publish the audited financial statements of the Company by the 30 June 2019.

The intention of our Company is not to adversely affect the interests of its members in any way. We commit that we will do our best to have the audited financial statements ready for publication the soonest possible.

We remain at your disposal for any clarifications you may need.
