Resignation and Appointment of new Member of Board of Directors of the company HARVEST CAPITAL MANAGEMENT PUBLIC LIMITED

We wish to inform you that at the Board Meeting of the company HARVEST CAPITAL MANAGEMENT PUBLIC LIMITED held today, Tuesday 4th June 2019, the Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr Georgios Mavroudes as a new Non Executive - Independent Member of the Board of Directors.

Mr Mavroudes is a holder of a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Athens University and a Master's Degree in Economics from University College London. He has worked in the Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance and as a senior manager in the Cyprus Central Bank.

We also wish to announce that Mr Gregoris Theocharous, member of the Board of Directors of HARVEST CAPITAL MANAGEMENT PUBLIC LIMITED, submitted his resignation with immediate effect.
