FLSmidth Ventomatic will supply three packaging lines, both vertical mill gears will be from FLSmidth MAAG, FLSmidth Airtech will supply filters and FLSmidth Automation will supply a complete QCX quality control system.
The cement plant will be the second to be built based on the new licences issued by the Egyptian Ministry of Industry last year. A supply contract for the first of the licence-based cement plants was also awarded to FLSmidth (see Company Announcement no. 14-2008).
