Subject: New contract for phase 2 of the Edison and Renault Clio project

The Company AD Plastik d.d. has agreed new deals for the second phase of the Edison and Renault Clio BJA projects.

For the second phase of the Edison project, namely the Smartforfour (S4S) vehicle, the production of front bumpers with components and interior mudguard linings, for which will be used the injection molding technology, technologies of painting and assembly, has been agreed. The start of serial production is scheduled for the second half of 2019, and the estimated duration of the project is four years.

For Renault Clio vehicles, the production of front and rear bumpers with components, interior mudguard linings, painted external stabilizers (spoilers), instrument panels and door panels has been agreed. Injection molding, painting and assembly will be done at plants in Zagreb and Solin. The start of serial production is scheduled for the mid-2019, and the estimated duration of the project is seven years.

The expected total revenue of the company for the contracted deals during their duration amounts to EUR 87.1 million.
