DIVIDEND PAYMENT APPROVAL

Intraware Investments Public Ltd announces that the shareholders of the Company at their meeting held on the 26th of March 2019 approved the Board of Directors' proposal for the payment of a final dividend out of the profits of 2017 of €500.010 corresponding to €12,5 per share.

Intraware Investments Public Ltd announces that the shareholders of the Company at their meeting held on the 26th of March 2019 approved the Board of Directors' proposal for the payment of an interim dividend out of the six-month profits of 2018 of €1.000.010 corresponding to €25 per share.

The dividend was paid to the entitled shareholders of the Company who were registered on the CSE registry on the 4th of April 2019 (record date). The share of the Company was traded in the CSE exdividend as of the 3rd of April 2019.

Investors that purchased shares at the CSE by close of business on the 2nd of April 2019 (Last Cum Date) were entitled to the dividend. It is noted that shareholders entitled to the dividend were also the holders of shares based on an off exchange transfer that was completed by the record date. Payment of the dividend was made (effected) on the 15th of April 2019.
