Θέμα: Ανακοίνωση εξελεγμένων οικονομικών αποτελεσμάτων της Rolandos Enterprises Public Limited yia To έτος 2018

Αναφορικά με το πιο πάνω θέμα και σε συνέχεια προηγούμενης αναβολής της δημοσίευσης των εξελεγμένων οικονομικών αποτελεσμάτων της Εταιρείας μας για το έτος που έληξε 31 Δεκεμβρίου 2018, θα θέλαμε να σας ενημερώσουμε ότι οι νέοι ελεγκτές της Εταιρείας, Grant Thornton (Cyprus) Ltd θα χρειαστούν ακόμη περισσότερο χρόνο για να ολοκληρώσουν το έλεγχο τους, λόγω του φόρτου εργασίας που προέκυψε από τον πρόσφατο διορισμό τους.

Επομένως τα εξελεγμένα οικονομικά αποτελέσματα της Εταιρείας για το έτος που έληξε 31 Δεκεμβρίου 2018, δεν θα είναι εφικτό να ανακοινωθούν μέχρι την 30 Ιουνίου 2019.

Με την παρούσα σας ενημερώνουμε ότι θα δημοσιεύσουμε τα εξελεγμένα οικονομικά αποτελέσματα της Εταιρείας μας μέχρι την 20 Σεπτεμβρίου 2019.

Πρόθεση της εταιρείας μας δεν είναι να επηρεάσουμε αρνητικά τα δικαιώματα των μελών μας, και θα προσπαθήσουμε να έχουμε έτοιμα τα εξελεγμένα οικονομικά αποτελέσματα για δημοσίευση το συντομότερο δυνατό.

Παραμένουμε στη διάθεση σας για οποιεσδήποτε περαιτέρω διευκρινήσεις τυχόν χρειαστείτε.

Dear Sirs,

Subject: Publication of Audited Financial Statements of Rolandos Enterprises Public Limited for the year 2018

In relation to the above-mentioned subject, and further to a previous postponement of the publication of the Company's audited financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2018, we would like to inform you that the Company's newly appointed auditors, Grant Thornton (Cyprus) Ltd will require yet more time to complete their audit due to the workload which occurred from their recent appointment.

Hence it will not be feasible to publish the audited financial statements of the Company for the year ending 31 December 2018 by the 30 June 2019. We hereby inform you that we will publish the audited financial statements of the Company by the 20 September 2019.

The intention of our Company is not to adversely affect the interests of its members in any way. We commit that we will do our best to have the audited financial statements ready for publication the soonest possible.

We remain at your disposal for any clarifications you may need.
