DCC plc announces that, at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all ordinary and special resolutions were duly passed.

Voting on all resolutions was conducted by way of a poll and the results are available at www.dcc.ie/investors/shareholder-information/general-meetings/annual-general-meeting.
